The Reckon family has been in business since the 1920s, which is just shy of an entire century. If you think about it, the Reckon family has served this community for the past three generations, proving their dedication and standard of service in the plumbing industry. This dedication and their standards are definitely top notch.
Steve Reckon, the owner and operator of Reckon & Reckon Plumbing, learned the ins and outs of the plumbing industry from his grandfather Joseph, father Herman and his Uncle Seymour, also known as “Joe, Hy & Sy.” Steve remembers sitting at the kitchen table with his grandfather and dad who often reminisced over plumbing stories. What stuck with him most from these stories was his family’s dedication to their customers. “Son”, his father would say, “If you’re going to do a job, do it right the first time and every time. Treat the customers with respect and make their satisfaction the number one priority. Do this, and they’ll stay with you forever.” This is the foundation on which Reckon & Reckon Plumbing was built, and it is still the main ingredient in the jobs they do to this very day. |
